Returns & Refunds Policy

Bathroom & Tiles Outlet

Bathroom & Tiles Outlet is a trading name of Gia’s Bathrooms and Tiles Pty Ltd (“Seller”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing from Bathroom & Tiles Outlet, you (“Buyer”) agree to the following Returns & Refunds Policy.

This policy applies to all goods sold online or otherwise by the Seller and takes precedence over any terms issued by the Buyer.

Outlet & Clearance Products – Important Notice

Bathroom & Tiles Outlet specialises in discounted, clearance, end-of-line, surplus, and seconds stock.

🔔 All seconds, clearance, and end-of-line products are FINAL SALE.
These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind, incorrect selection, colour variation, sizing, or minor imperfections that have been disclosed or are consistent with clearance or seconds stock.

Buyer Responsibility

  • The Buyer takes full responsibility for the selection and suitability of goods for their intended purpose.

  • The Seller makes no representation or warranty as to fitness for a particular purpose.

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Seller warrants that goods are of acceptable quality at the point of sale, taking into account their outlet, clearance, or seconds status.

Inspection & Acceptance of Goods

  • The Buyer is responsible for inspecting goods upon collection or delivery and prior to installation.

  • Goods must not be installed until they have been checked for accuracy, condition, and suitability.

  • The Seller accepts no responsibility for goods once installed, whether in whole or in part.

Returns – Non-Clearance Items Only

The Seller has no obligation to accept returns except where goods are:

  • Proven to be faulty or defective in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, and

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase, and

  • Unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Installed goods, cut tiles, used items, or goods not in original condition will not be accepted.

Discretionary Returns & Restocking Fees

Where permitted by law, the Seller may, at its sole discretion, accept a return for non-faulty goods provided they are in original condition and packaging.

If accepted:

  • A restocking fee may apply

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method

Faulty Goods & Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet a consumer guarantee, the Buyer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Faults must be reported promptly and supported with evidence (such as photographs).

Installation & Care

  • The Buyer is responsible for installation and must follow all manufacturer instructions.

  • The Seller accepts no liability for damage caused by incorrect installation, handling, or use of cleaning products not approved by the manufacturer.

Ownership of Goods

Ownership of goods passes from Seller to Buyer only once payment has been received in full, as stated on the tax invoice.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery

  • Delivery costs vary based on location and item size.

  • The Buyer is responsible for accepting delivery at the nominated address.

  • The Seller accepts no liability for damage to goods or property during delivery.

Collection

  • Where collection is selected, goods must be collected within:

    • 7 days of purchase for stocked items, or

    • 7 days from notification that ordered goods are ready for collection

Uncollected goods may incur storage fees or be resold.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only

  • Delays may occur due to product availability, logistics, or location

  • Where delays occur, the Buyer will be notified
