BTO offers delivery across Perth and Western Australia. Delivery costs are calculated based on order weight at checkout.

Perth Local Delivery (Weight Based)

We offer local delivery within the Perth metro area. Delivery rates are based on the total weight of your order:

 

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on stock availability and delivery schedules.

Interstate Delivery

We can deliver interstate. If you are located outside of Perth or Western Australia, you can still place your order online.

At checkout, interstate shipping will appear as Quote Required. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you with a delivery quote before dispatch.

Returns Policy

At BTO, we keep things simple. Clearance means clearance.

Seconds and Clearance Stock

All seconds items are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on seconds stock.

Standard Returns (Non-Seconds Items)

Returns are accepted on non-seconds items within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are:

• Unused and unopened 
• In original condition
• Not damaged
• In original packaging (where applicable)

Returned items will be assessed upon arrival before a refund is approved.
